“So for those of you that know me it is with a very broken heart that I need to report that Craig my partner for two years has disappeared,” read a heart-wrenching Facebook post on July 17.

The post was written by Alvia Hofmeyr, the partner of Craig Harrison, who has been missing since July 15.

Harrison was last seen in the Table View area, and no success has yet been yielded by the appeals of authorities for anyone to come forward with information on his whereabouts. He was last seen in Blouberg Rise at 11.20am on the morning of July 15.

“He was on foot, left personal possessions at home and was wearing a black shirt, beige or khaki cargo pants, brown shoes, and a black and red backpack,” a statement by the Pink Ladies said.

“Please keep an eye out for him and private message me if he is seen. A case has been opened with the Table View SAPS and the TBNW are helping tremendously. One realises how many loving and caring people you have in your life when stuff like this happens. I never ever imagined I would be in this predicament,” Hofmeyr said.

If you have information, please contact Saps Table View Constable Gadile on 021-521 3300/073 466 7001, or the Pink Ladies Organisation on 072 214 7439/083 378 4882/08600 10111.
