We’re not sure what we’re more excited for: watching the DHL Stormers smash the Bulls, or vibing in the crowd with the Ubumbo Legends. The Stormers are set to clash against the Bulls in the Vodacom United Rugby Championship final on Saturday.

The Ubumbo Legends describe themselves as a “home for sports enthusiasts”. Their vision is “a transformed South African sporting landscape that welcomes and nurtures all talent”.
Supporters and officials have been a bit concerned about the condition of the field after this week’s flooding. It’s also set to rain at the time of kickoff (7.30pm). But we’re backing Darwin’s survival of the fittest – the best team will be the one that’s able to adapt.
Stormers captain Steven Kitshoff said the boytjies are ready: “We’re well prepared. We understand the pitch. We understand the surface.”
One thing is for sure: no matter what the weather brings, the Ubumbo Legends will bring the heat for all supporters at the DHL Stadium in Cape Town this weekend. And the Stormers agree.
