With the return of local and international visitors, the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway (TMACC) unveiled a new fast track path on Thursday, October 28.
According to TMACC management, the introduction of a premium fast track ticket will address concerns regarding accessibility during peak season for the time-pressed international visitor to skip the queue when booking a trip up the cableway.

However, the fast track option will cost an additional R300, on top of the normal price for a ticket. Prices range between R320 and R390 depending on the time of the day and season, and although the official launch is expected to take place on Tuesday, November 2, visitors can still book online or at the ticket office with the offering charged at R600 per round trip in the offseason and at R800 during peak season from December 16 to January 5.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy the new summer menu of South Africa’s favourite local coffee brand, Vida e Café which recently opened on Table Mountain.
