Three-year-old Anothando Mhlobo has been missing since Monday, August 10 and the Hout Bay Community Policing Forum (CPF) is encouraging anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.

The child was wearing a navy, red and white jacket paired with red and navy tracksuit pants, as well as red and blue Spiderman gumboots.

“The boy was playing outside with other children and was not seen again,” the CPF said.
