I’ve always been fascinated by travel. From start to finish, the process of packing your bags to grabbing your luggage as you head out on your adventure (or return from said adventure) is enough to leave me tingling with joy, writes Cape {town} Etc’s Lynn Cupido.
As the world spirals into fear and travel plans are placed on hold, finding a little light to carry us through to the end of the carriage is always welcome. If you’re like me and your inner adventurer is aching for some travel content, we’re in luck.
The mysteries of the baggage underbelly are being revealed thanks to a TikTok video by Dj Sugue that has gone viral. Amassing around 17 million views, the video gives curious users a look at what “100 bags look like inside the belly of a plane.”

According to Business Insider, Sugue has been working as a ramp agent for four years with the fast-paced video giving us a look at how he expertly packs the bags together. Even more amazing is the fact that it takes the experienced baggage wrangler around 10 to 20 minutes to pack about 100 bags.
In a second video posted to the video-sharing platform, Sugue attempted to beat this record by packing 120 bags in 12 minutes.

“It’s tough loading everything under 10 minutes, but I try my best,” he said.
Just like me, TikTok users can’t seem to get enough of these fascinating videos with Sugue giving the people what they want by posting a range of clips showing off how he fits different bags and boxes in the undercarriage of various planes. Check out his other TikTok videos.
He definitely makes it look like a fun game of Tetris.
