There are a few requirements before entering through the doors of doggy paradise. Dogs must have a vet book providing the following up-to-date information:

  • RABIES
  • DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza & parvovirus
  • Bordetella (kennel cough)
  • A tick/flea treatment

New dogs must undergo a brief assessment to ensure they are super well socialised. The assessment takes place on your dog’s first check-in.

  • Dogs must be in heroic health. (No coughing, vomiting or diarrhoea 48 hours prior to checking in.) You will have to mention if your dog has been sick with any communicable disease within 30 days of your booking;
  • All dogs six months and older must be sterilised;
  • No pup younger than three months is allowed;
  • All dogs must arrive with a SUPERWOOF dog hotel and daycare ID tag (a freebie on the first visit);
  • Any food or medicine brought to SUPERWOOF dog hotel and daycare must be kept in an airtight container with the dog’s name and procedure clearly indicated.
