Musician Jason Derulo has shared a video on TikTok that showcases a luxury house in Cape Town that charges $30 000 (R537 327) per night, Cape {town} Etc reports.

The property consists of six floors, with the third floor being a ‘game room’ that includes a movie theatre and the bedrooms being on the fifth floor with extravagant views.

A sauna steam room is also included in the property, as well as a swimming pool. The only criticism Derulo had was that the pool wasn’t heated, comparing it to an ‘ice bath’.
