The new campaign takes aim at the preconceived notion that Uber Black is only for the super fancy commuter or reserved for big-deal occasions.
Nope, this ad wants to tell South Africans that they can ride in style anytime, anywhere – no red carpet needed.
‘We wanted to ditch the idea that Uber Black is just for a select few,’ says Brendan Hoffmann, executive creative director at Joe Public Cape Town.
‘In South Africa, we love to spoil ourselves, and this campaign leans into that. Uber Black is so good, you’ll come up with any excuse to hop in, even if it’s just because… well, you can!’
