The weather is warming up in Cape Town so it’s time to up your fitness levels for beach season. While not everyone can afford a personal trainer or a dietician to help them get into shape, there are affordable options.  We’ve narrowed down some free and some cheap fitness classes to help you along your journey to wellness.

1. BeachBurn: If you don’t have time in the week to work out, this is the perfect solution. Join Ignite Tribe for 45 minutes every Saturday for an outdoor exercise training programme. Best of all, it’s free!

2. Adventure Bootcamp: An experienced trainer will help whip you into shape at a ridiculous price of R10 per session. Men and women are welcome to join. There are also spot prizes to keep you entertained.

3. Mobi Yoga Class: Get your yoga mats out and let your body unwind at a mobile Vinyasa session. The class is open to all levels of yogis.
