Pam Golding launched the inaugural digital edition of ‘Exquisite’ – a catalogue that contains some of the most luxurious and prestigious properties in South Africa.
The property market for luxury real estate is displaying encouraging signs of growth, according to the agency.
Andrew Golding, Chief Executive Offcier, says the market is at “its most competitive pricing in over a decade“.
Pam Golding has several multimillion-rand properties listed for sale, with prices ranging from R9-million to R59-million.
The catalogue also lists rental properties, many of which cost six-figures to rent every month, the most expensive rental property, a 10-bedroom house in Constantia, is priced at R330 000 per month.
For those with a lower budget, two four-bedroom homes are listed for rent at R100 000 per month.
One is located in the Steenberg Estate in Tokai and the other is in the Saddlebrook Estate near Midrand in Johannesburg.
Steenberg Estate
The Steenberg Estate home is located on an exclusive golf course and offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms and four open-plan living rooms that are perfect for entertaining guests. The home also has a verdant view of the mountain and saltwater pool.
A full golf membership at the course is included in the rent, along with uncapped internet, Netflix, DStv Premium and gardening service.
Saddlebrook Estate
