Are you ready for an unforgettable gastronomic experience?
Nederburg Wines is thrilled to announce the Dinner of Discovery series at The Manor.
Each month, the Dinner of Discovery series will showcase a unique theme, meticulously curated to highlight the best of seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniques. From farm-to-table freshness to gourmet delicacies, every dinner promises an exploration of new tastes and textures.
‘The series involves our very innovative sensory experience, exclusively presented at The Manor restaurant, recently voted South Africa’s best restaurant by the public during Restaurant Week SA XXL, paired with the most inventive dishes created by our Head Chef Linda Trautmann,’ explains Nederburg’s general manager Kate Jackson.
‘With these immersive dinners, patrons taste food and wines blindfolded before what’s on their plate and in their glasses is revealed. To add to the intrigue, the courses are served within a constantly changing soundscape.’
‘We want diners to unleash their imagination – to focus on the aromas, textures and tastes before them and to explore the impact of light (or not) and sound on their experience.’
The entire Nederburg team will be represented during the run of events, from June until September.
Meet and learn from Jamie Williams in her new role as white winemaker when the series launches at The Manor @ Nederburg in Paarl.
