Trained in the UK, we never called potential clients; they called us. You invite three agents to value your property based on their fit for it, and then you decide to mandate one or two of them on a sole or dual mandate.
Back in the day, I (Richard Hardie) used to write letters to potential clients using a blue fountain pen. That was as close to cold calls as we got.

Do we need stock?
Absolutely. There is a real shortage of stock at the moment with buyers outweighing sellers. A bigger crisis is the lack of rental inventory.

- We have a good number of buyers looking for up to R80 000 000 for a special home in Constantia and Bishopscourt
- R10 000 000 to R12 000 000 in Bishopscourt Village and Claremont Upper
