Rachel Kolisi, wife of Springbok captain Siya Kolisi, recently celebrated SA Olympic champion, Tatjana Smith, who also happens a close family member, Cape {town} Etc reports.

Smith’s performance at the the 2020 Tokyo Games and now the 2024 Paris Games saw Smith winning ‘back-to-back gold and silver medals’, twice, while representing SA.
The swimmer’s acknowledgement came from all over the globe, including from her nearest and dearest, with Rachel Kolisi taking to Instagram, celebrating Smith.
‘I can’t believe she’s my sister-in-law. A South African gem, I’m so proud of you @tatjanaschoen for the medals yes, but mostly for the sacrifices, hard decisions, and commitment to our good Lord,’ wrote Kolisi in an Instagram post.

Smith also took to Instagram with photos of herself carrying the nation’s flag at the OR Tambo International Airport, where hundreds of fans waited to catch a glimpse of SA’s inspiring athletes on Tuesday.
‘So good to be home,’ she wrote in her own Instagram post.
