The gorgeous styling, design and photography all come together to produce an exceptional earth-conscious range of skin care products. Each product is made without synthetic ingredients and promises to keep your skin radiant, smooth, supple and youthful.
Their impressive collection of products includes a range of speciality treatments, as well as moisturisers, cleansers, exfoliators, toners, masks, body products, hair care. They even stock ranges for kids, men, for the home and much more.
Hey Gorgeous carry a variety of sought-after beauty tools. These include derma rollers, Dr. Pen auto microneedle system, blue light therapy acne treatment wands, sonic cleansing brushes, ice rollers, ion therapy wands, ionic microcurrent toning devices and more.
As a small company, Hey Gorgeous pays attention to detail and can advise you personally. They are very knowledgeable and are even able to customise a product to suit your skin. For example, although not ‘natural’, non-nano zinc oxide is a safe and effective SPF, which they offer to include in any moisturiser if you choose.
They regularly introduce new products, each tested before being released. As a Beauty Without Cruelty accredited company, they test products on themselves and a group of volunteers.
Organic and vegan-friendly ingredients are always used, except in their honey-based products. They source honey from a local beekeeper who prides himself in keeping his wildflower bees happy.
They support Fair Trade and local suppliers whenever possible, and organically grow most of their own botanicals. Cold-pressed oils come from a local producer, shea butter is sourced from Fair Trade co-ops in Nigeria and coconut oil comes from Mozambique.
To reduce the carbon footprint further, they only use PET (recycled plastic) containers, recycled packaging and use recycled paper for printing. They hope to accept container returns in the future but for now, encourage recycling and invite you to donate glass bottles to the bottle bank. Also, you could keep the dropper from your serum bottle and let them know when you re-order.
