On Saturday, 1 November 2025, the undead will once again flood the streets of Cape Town.
After time away, the Zombie Walk Cape Town returns to reclaim its title as South Africa’s biggest Halloween gathering.
The walk kicks off at 4:30pm from the Company’s Garden, bringing thousands of participants together for a night of fright, fun and fundraising.
The event supports The Lucky Lucy Foundation, a non-profit animal welfare organisation dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming neglected animals.
While the walk itself is free to join, participants are encouraged to register online, make a donation and purchase tickets for the official afterparty.

What to expect:
- A one-day-only Halloween spectacle in the heart of Cape Town
- Thousands of costumed zombies, monsters and horror fanatics of all ages
- Family-friendly and pet-friendly atmosphere – bring the kids and the hounds of hell
- A charity cause that matters – every donation helps animals in need
