1. Nomvula Khuzwayo

Nomvula Khuzwayo also known as the Rain Queen became famous for her workout routines and nutritious recipes that she shared while studying psychology at UCT.
The 31-year-old turned to exercise during her first year of studies to cope with stress – her now late sister fell into a comma.
The Rain Queen is testimony that studies, positive mental health and exercise are not far out of reach.
It was during lockdown that she gained more followers for sharing tips that got her through lockdown despite also being part of the bread-baking team due to boredom.
Since then Khuzwayo has gained over 112k followers on Instagram alone.

Khuzwayo’s success has paid off; she is now the brand ambassador for big brands – Trifocus Fitness Academy, Capitec and Under Armour among others.
This queen makes sure she incorporates the city’s landscape and beauty into her lifestyle.
Her feeds show her running by the beach, or Tafelberg Road, alongside Table Mountain, Chapmans Peak Drive and other mountains and/or steps.

2. Rushda Moosajee
Rushda Moosajee popularly known as RushTush has been transforming women’s bodies for years.
The qualified fitness coach started off by opening a gym in Cape Town’s Hans Strijdom Avenue.

Though the gym is no longer active, 37-year-old RushTush has become a success story when it comes to women’s fitness.
She’s one fitness expert hosting group exercises at the beach and other outdoor areas.
Her workout videos also cater to expecting moms and go on to offer practical ways to get fit after childbirth.
The Real Housewives of Cape Town reality star was the brains behind the RushTushFit app, the glow-up pharmaceuticals and even Glow Guide ebooks.
Go through her feed and be inspired as you watch her and other people she helped transform.
This working mom of three boys juggles various roles with the utmost grace which is the reason why following fitness may inspire you.
RushTush also gives online coaching which her followers can benefit from.
3. Redaa Dollie

It’s almost difficult to think that Redaa Dollie was once teased for his body.
But this was the case for the popular Cape Town 27-year-old personal trainer.
In an interview with Men’s Health Dollie mentioned that he got tired of “the name calling and the silly fat jokes” and turned to deadlifting and sprinting.
Dollie is an example of how a mindset can be reset through exercise.
The Cape Town-based personal trainer does not only share exercises and tips on his social media he also posts feedback from locals that he trains with.
Dollie’s exercises are helpful for both men and women.
