This season of Some Sundays is drawing to a close, but its last two events are serving up some of South Africa’s best-performing artists paired with award-winning De Grendel wines, golden ales by Newlands Spring and refreshing gin cocktails.

This is the second final event of the Summer Sunday season, and it’s hosting some South African music legends.
Francois van Coke with his band Die Gevaar, SA’s “Queen of Rock,” Karen Zoid and Jan Blohm paired up with Ryno Velvet will ensure this is an event not to be missed.
Talented singer-songwriter TiNO from Swellendam will kick off the day with some acoustic melodies.

4 December: Mango Groove, Year of Dogs and TYAN

The season ends with a bang as it welcomes South Africa’s beloved Mango Groove.
Mango Groove has created music for over 35 years, fusing pop and township rhythms even in South Africa’s most turbulent times.
Accompanying them is the indie-funk-pop four-piece Year of Dogs. Hailing from Cape Town, these good boys are self-proclaimed “human whisperers”.
The day will begin with TYAN, a Cape Town-based singer-songwriter who will cover some songs and perform originals, including his debut single “Perfume”.
