Perfect for romantic dates, birthday celebrations, catching up with friends or year-end parties, The Galileo provides a unique experience where you can enjoy a picnic while watching a nostalgic movie under the stars at some of the most stunning locations across Cape Town and the Cape Winelands.

Welcoming back old friends
This season, The Galileo is happy to return to Allée Bleue on 20 December with The Holiday and the all-time crowd favourite: Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again at Rhebokskloof on 24 January.
Allée Bleue, in Franschhoek, is one of the oldest estates in The Galileo’s summer rotation (est. 1690), bringing heritage and class to its screenings. More recently, the estate was the new venue for Kamers Makers Market in Cape Town.
Near Paark, Rhebokskloof Estate is back in the mix, and with a lovely new restaurant to boot. The green, rolling, leafy lawns of these stunning Winelands estates offer views of mountains, lakes or a river and more.
Guests will also return to beloved wine farms such as Blaauwklippen, Lourensford and Plaisir, where award-winning wines paired with sublime Galileo outdoor movie nights await.
