But for those who have, Cape Town presents Africa’s largest supervised indoor activity and fitness venue, Total Ninja. An Obstacle and Inflatable Park inspired by the global phenomenon TV series Ninja Warrior.

The Mini Ninja course caters to children under the age of four, where they can enjoy an exciting ninja experience in a completely safe way.
- Socks are not required – but no bare feet or shoes are allowed.
- The first purchased ticket includes one adult and one child (under five years old); additional adults (age 16+) and children (under five) can also be added.
- Mini ninjas must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Spectators and children aged five and above are unable to enter the Mini Ninja area but are able to watch the fun from the café (with seating directly alongside the course).
- one-hour entry: R80.
- 50% discount for the second hour.

The Total Ninja course offers children above the age of five and adults of all ages a chance to enjoy fun-packed ninja challenges of varying difficulties.
- There are obstacles for the whole family – whether you’re a ninja in training or a bit of a senpai.
- During these sessions, you will have full access to all the Total Ninja equipment.
- All ninjas must wear reusable Total Ninja hygiene socks, which are available online or at reception. These are antibacterial socks with special fibres which reduce the amount of sweat transfer, keeping the inflatables cleaner and more hygienic for everyone.
- Spectators can watch for free from the café.
