19 March: Kinky Boots
Kinky Boots is a 2005 British comedy-drama film based on a true story and was nominated at the 64th Golden Globe Awards.
The movie tells of struggling shoe factory owner Charlie, who forms an unlikely partnership with Lola, a drag queen, to save the business. Charlie develops a plan to produce custom footwear for drag queens, rather than the men’s dress shoes that his firm is known for, alienating many in the process.

20 March: Almost Famous
Almost Famous is a 2000 American comedy-drama film starring Billy Crudup, Frances McDormand, Kate Hudson, Patrick Fugit and Phillip Seymour Hoffman.
The movie tells the story of a teenage journalist, played by Fugit, writing for Rolling Stone magazine in the early 1970s, touring with the fictitious rock band Stilwater, and writing his first cover story on the band.
The film is semi-autobiographical, as Crowe himself was a teenage writer for Rolling Stone.

21 March: The Greatest Showman
One of everyone’s favourite sing-alongs returns to The Galileo’s silver screen for another chance to indulge in an outdoor karaoke-style movie night.
The Greatest Showman is a biographical musical about young Phineas T. Barnum’s life as a child, entrepreneur, museum owner, circus producer and entertainment producer.
The film celebrates the birth of show business and tells of a visionary who rose from nothing to create a spectacle that became a worldwide sensation.

22 March: Mamma Mia!
And, of course, everyone’s ultimate favourite sing-along returns to The Galileo’s silver screen once more.
Mamma Mia! is a musical romantic comedy film based on the songs of the pop group ABBA.
The plot follows a young bride-to-be who invites three men to her upcoming wedding, with the possibility that any of them could be her father.
