Since 2010, a unique establishment known as Food Jams has been thriving. Food Jams is not your ordinary cooking class – it’s a joyful celebration of food, friends and music.
Food Jams was born out of a passion for both music and cuisine. The founder, while studying jazz, discovered the profound joy of collaborating with fellow musicians on stage. These impromptu jam sessions, often with musicians she hadn’t met before, always culminated in a sense of satisfaction and a hearty appetite.
Fuelled by a love for the kitchen and a desire to share her culinary expertise, the founder had a vision.

‘Let’s jam together, using food instead of music.’ She penned down recipes, gathered friends and welcomed them into her parents’ kitchen. The very first Food Jams event took place on 4 February 2010 and the culinary jamming has continued ever since.
So, what sets Food Jams apart from traditional cooking classes? It’s the element of camaraderie and adventure. Imagine being part of a group, armed with expert tips, surrounded by friends and grooving to music as you collectively prepare a meal. That’s the essence of Food Jams.

The experience begins with a countdown and everyone starts cooking together in their respective teams. The clock stops and what emerges from the kitchen is nothing short of culinary magic. The dishes you’ve created become the centrepiece of a harvest table, ready to be enjoyed by all.
Behind this culinary extravaganza stands a dedicated team that ensures every Food Jams event is a resounding success.
