Kayak
Spend the evening admiring the full moon as you paddle out to sea with Kayak Cape Town. The popular wine estate of Rhebokskloof offers an exciting full moon hike each month and provides up to 50 people with the chance to explore the breathtaking beauty of Paarl Valley under the full moon. The route is guided by Paarl Adventure trails with the trail offering six kilometres of unadulterated beauty and heart-pumping adventure. The route takes approximately two hours and sells out fast!

Situated on the magical Lourensford Estate is Life Retreat Yoga & Movement, a fitness and wellness studio that offers a tranquil setting for their monthly full-moon yoga class. A blanket and mat are all you need to enjoy this relaxing class!

Keep it in your diary
During the summer months in Cape Town, the Taal Monument in Paarl is a great place to enjoy the mesmerising views of the valley below. From October to March, it offers Full Moon Picnics and guests are able to tuck into delicious picnic snacks provided by the on-site coffee shop or bring a basket you’ve packed yourself. You’ll also have the chance to explore the beauty and the history of this important monument.
