Madame JoJo’s opens on Thursday, 20 August 2026, at 72 Barrack Street in Cape Town.
Inspired by London’s iconic Soho nightclub, Madame JoJo’s will be a completely new experience for Cape Town.
Hosted by Cape Town’s Queen Supreme, Madame JoJo, expect live surprise entertainment for kings, queens and in-betweens, in Cape Town’s most decadent environments.

Arrive for Velvet Hour with half-price cocktails from 7pm to 8pm, followed by cabaret noir, burlesque, drag performances and surprise acts from 8pm to 10:30pm. At 10:30pm the after-dark affairs begin, with DJs, go-go dancers and whatever other antics the night unfolds.
There is also an award for the Best-Dressed person up for grabs.

If the address sounds familiar, it’s because it occupies the luxurious, intimate VIP ‘Empire Lounge’ of Mavericks Revue Bar, although guests will arrive via a completely separate street entrance.
Guests can also enjoy cabaret cone canapés curated exclusively for Madame JoJo’s, which pair perfectly with the handcrafted cocktails.
Madame JoJo’s officially opens on Thursday, 20 August, with six weekly shows.
Tickets will be available exclusively through Quicket, with guests encouraged to book early as capacity is highly limited.
