A pod of over 60 humpback whales converging to snack on krill was captured on video two days ago by photographer and drone pilot Kieran Donnelly. Kieran used a drone camera to film the beautiful mammals just of the coast of Cape Town at Crayfish Factory and the result is breathtaking.
Many people travel to the Western Cape to spot a whale or two each year, but often end up going home disappointed. Not this year though as the spectacular creatures came out of hiding for the beautiful weather – and delicious treats too!
