Tickets for this match sold out in a matter of hours last week, so there will be a capacity crowd and heavy traffic congestion in the area. Fans are urged to arrive at DHL Stadium at least three hours before kick-off.
Spectators are also encouraged to park remotely and catch a free MyCiTi bus from either the CTICC Civic Centre or Thibault Square bus stations to get to DHL Stadium early and ensure they don’t miss anything.
Fritz Sonnenberg Road, Vlei Road, Stephan Way and Fort Wynyard Street will all be closed from 6am until 10:30pm, with restrictions on Helen Suzman Boulevard, Beach Road, Buitengracht Road and Granger Bay Boulevard.
Event organisers suggest that those using e-hailing are dropped off and collected in the CBD on DF Malan Drive opposite the Artscape Theatre, Hertzog Boulevard or Jan Smuts Street, and then use the MyCiTi shuttle, which is free to all event ticket holders, from the CTICC Civic Centre Station or Thibault Square Station, or alternatively use the Fan Walk.

There will also be an e-hailing drop-off area on Helen Suzman Boulevard between Vlei Road and Beach Road on both sides, but spectators are warned that drop-and-go and pick-up around the stadium will have very long delays due to traffic congestion.
The Stormers will be monitoring the weather radar as winter’s hold on the Mother City gradually becomes more intense ahead of their URC final matchup.
Their Irish rivals, Munster, who are accustomed to the notoriously damp, chilly and stormy climate of the Emerald Isle, are likely to welcome the prospect with greater enthusiasm.
Authorities at DHL Stadium have already said that while they confidently anticipate the unsettling pitch to look presentable at the start of the sold-out showpiece, it will almost certainly become messier as the game progresses.
