Springtime is winking, and with Heritage Day (24 September) on the horizon, Nederburg’s The Manor Restaurant in Paarl has been conjuring up a feast of meat and sides to celebrate our cultural heritage – braai – all weekend long.

The team at Nedeburg’s The Manor has a great reason to dust off their braai equipment because you are invited to come and celebrate all things braai with them.
Centre-stage at The Manor from 23 to 25 September will be the winery’s full-bodied Cabernets and Cab-based blends, fit for a braai like no other!

A mere R550 per pair gets you the mouth-watering menu of a 500g grilled Tomahawk beef steak (to share), potato salad, bean salad, roosterkoek with butter, preserves and cheese, as well as a deliciously sweet finish of coconut koeksisters.

It comes perfectly paired with two glasses of Nederburg’s popular Double Barrel Reserve (a Cab-based blend). A wide variety of other favourites and Cabernets from the collection will also be available at an additional cost.

Kids are welcome and catered for in the form of boerie rolls, juices, cooldrinks, milkshakes, and a jumping castle, in addition to an outdoor play area with a jungle gym, zip line and more, on the lawn of The Manor house, right amid the action.
