Here’s who you can watch perform at Kirstenbosch this month:
Goldfish
Goldfish are an electronic-instrumental South African duo known globally. Some of South Africa’s biggest musical stars, the artists are known for mixing African rhythms and jazz melodies to produce a unique house sound.
The duo is often recognised for their stage presence, energy and special ability to engage with the crowd. Seeing them perform live is an experience you don’t want to miss.

Mango Groove
The iconic South African Afropop band, Mango Groove, is making another appearance on the Kirstenbosch stage. The 11-piece band, which fuses pop and township music, gives South Africans familiar and exciting performances.
Mango Groove was founded in 1984 but stays relevant today, making their concerts a great environment for people across generations to bond over music.

Cape Town Opera
Cape Town’s professional opera company, the Cape Town Opera, was founded in 1999 and is highly regarded for its impressive productions.
Our country’s largest performing arts organisation, the Cape Town Opera gives audiences a beautiful experience of celebrating national identity through South African music, both new and old.

Sun-El Musician, Simmy
Powerhouse producer and DJ Sun-El Musician joins musician and composer Sunny on the Kirstenbosch stage to wind down January on an exciting note.
The artists will use their distinctive styles to put on an unforgettable show of electronic dance music mixed with neo-soul, neo-folk, and experimental pop.
