Zip Zap’s philharmonic circus show, Rhapsody, will take to the stage from 3 to 6 November 2022 at the Artscape Opera House, before it travels to Paris for a three-month run at the Cirque Phénix. This will be the fourth time that Zip Zap collaborates with a collective of orchestral musicians to bring to life a foot-stomping jaw-dropping performance.

“It is a breath-taking production with world-class circus acts in tandem with a world-class orchestra,” says Dr. Marlene Le Roux, CEO, Artscape Theatre Centre.
Rhapsody includes traditional and contemporary circus acts, accompanied by a 17-piece troupe of musicians, led by conductor Chad Hendricks, and two dynamic Cape Town vocalists, Janine and Riyaan Cornelius. Expect to see daring acrobatics and a flawless display of aerial skills, all performed to the beat of the music! A show will delight the whole family!
