A Festive Twilight Braai: Lighting the Hasher Christmas Tree

Start a new Christmas tradition this year with the folk of Hasher Family Wines in Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, Hermanus, when festive live music and the aroma of a seafood braai will drift through the valley and greet the twilight.

Sip on Hasher Family wines and take in the gorgeous views of Walker Bay while the children hunt for the perfect Christmas tree on the farm.

Chef Rickey Broekhoven will cook crayfish, octopus, mussels, and fresh fish on an open flame, paired with seasonal sides.

Schedule:

• Arrival at 4pm (For adults: a relaxed walk around wine-tasting / For children: a Christmas tree hunt, decorating the tree and lawn games)
• 6pm: Family feast seafood braai
• 8pm: Watch the sunset and light the Christmas tree
