First Light – Waterflow offers a deeply restorative experience by combining the calming properties of water with the gentle movements and breathing techniques of yoga.

Embrace the elements – sun, water and air- as you allow connect with your inner stillness and breath.

The experience includes an after drop post flow SAUNA warmup as well as a revive picnic.
