One of South Africa’s most beloved road races, the SPAR Women’s Challenge is back, inviting women of all ages and fitness levels to hit the road. Whether you’re a seasoned runner chasing a personal best or a first-timer looking for a fun, supportive atmosphere, this event has something for everyone.

Choose between a 5km or 10km route, both designed to be safe and welcoming. The race brings together top female athletes and thousands of recreational runners, creating an electric, uplifting energy from start to finish.

After crossing the finish line, participants can soak up the post-race celebrations, complete with a prize-giving ceremony and live entertainment. It’s more than just a run – it’s a celebration of strength, community, and the joy of movement.
