The 5th Annual Women’s Health Expo – Empowerment Through Wellness

Enjoy many fitness and mind-body activities. Take part in yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and dance classes led by certified instructors. You can also join guided art therapy sessions to relax and express yourself. Visit the Breathwork Immersive Room, where calming visuals and sounds help you breathe deeply and unwind.
Learn from expert talks on important topics. These include hormone health, fertility, preventing chronic diseases, mental health, and body positivity. Well-known doctors, nutritionists, and healers will share helpful advice.
You can also get free health screenings. These include checks for blood pressure, glucose, BMI, mammograms, and general wellness.

Schedule Highlights
Fitness classes run all day: Meditation at 09:30, EmpowHer Heat Class at 10:30, Pilates by Haseena at 12:00, Fit Mumz by Natalie at 14:00, Shifitness at 16:00, and KellyKikx at 17:00.
Motivational talks will be held by Dr Khalida Sabi at 11:30, Dr Lizle Oosthuizen at 13:00, and Dr Kathleen Green at 15:00.
