Dyson, the British technology giant, is serving up a new kind of technology that both the music-lover and environmentally conscience consumer can enjoy.
Dubbed the ‘Dyson Zone’ the company known for devices like vacuum cleaners recently announced its Bluetooth headphones that also double as an air purifier.
An initial reveal of the product as per the Verge showcased a “bizarre-looking magnetic face visor” as part of the design.
The ‘Dyson Zone’ is said to pull air through each earpiece using micro-compressors, where it is then filtered through the contact-less visor for the wearer to breathe, all the while offering immersive sound through headphones.
The creation was designed with the urban environmental concern of poor air quality and noise pollution, with masks included as an inspiration, as HypeBeast notes.
The release date for the product is set to go live later this year.
