Come and celebrate Adventure Boot Camp’s 10th birthday with some early morning exercise around Kirstenbosch Gardens this Saturday.
To celebrate this auspicious occasion, ABC’s founder Huenu Solsana, will be doing a boot camp class for all newbies to Boot Camp as well as for the more experienced folk.
Because calories never count after a good workout, gorge on some celebratory cupcakes afterwards. Bring along a towel, some water and an appetite for a morning of fun and celebration.
