Abseil Africa operate on a daily basis, weather permitting, between 09:00 and 14:00.
The overall experience takes about 45 minutes to an hour and includes:
- Signing in and harnessing up
- A safety briefing
- Accessing the abseiling site
- Doing the abseil
- A pleasant hike back to the to the top
