This chef and food alchemist trained at the Beverly Hills Hotel, has lived and worked at some of the top restaurants in London, and assisted in opening the restaurant at La Couronne Hotel and Winery in Franschhoek (now Mont Rochelle). Not sure who the man behind the flavour is? You might recognise him from a TV show or two: Pete Goffe-Wood!

This week, Ryan O’Connor is joined by the legendary South African chef Pete Goffe-Wood. They’re testing out the heat behind the Aston Martin Vantage N430. All we can say is that when it comes to speed, spectators will see nothing but the juicy rump of this vehicle.
