Situated on a historic farm, Steenberg is welcoming back their Red Wine Rendezvous dinner series at its popular Bistro Sixteen82 restaurant.
Executive chef Kerry Kilpin and her team have created a delectable three-course dinner menu to be paired with signature Steenberg red wines, including the silky and elegant Steenberg Merlot and the plush and velvety Steenberg Five Lives Red Blend.
The likes of creamy broccoli and roasted onion soup served with onion crisps; homemade bread and spicy hummus to kick off the evening; followed by a hearty braised lamb neck with a sundried tomato and basil risotto, garlic jus, sweet glazed carrots and pan-fried seasonal vegetables. To end off your evening: a pecan nut and chocolate mille-feuille; malt biscuit; caramelia mousse with a side of caramelised pear ice cream.
