Two gorgeous little Caracal kittens were spotted in the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens this week by a few visitors. Two photographers, Glenda Moore and Graham Pringle caught the beautiful little ones enjoying their time basking in the sun nonchalantly.
Paw five?
Incognito mode.
Taking a catnap.
The ears of legends.
For those worried about the safety of the young caracals in relation to photography, the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden has offered some reassurance.
As they express, the photographers, Moore and Pringle are well known at Kirstenbosch and are “extremely sensitive to the garden and its wildlife.”
“They have used good cameras and lenses which make [the caracals] appear much closer than they actually were.”
