Western Cape police commissioner Thembisile Patekile has vowed to seek justice for killed Cape Town police officer, Constable Donay Phillips.
Patekile addressed mourners during a special memorial service for Phillips on Friday, as per News24.
A former Vredenburg police officer, Jean-Paul Malgas, was arrested for the murders. According to lawyers for Malgas, he suffered from”severe depression.”
The case has been postponed until 30 June in order to conduct further investigations.
