The Isiqalo Foundation Development Trust is a non-profit organisation working to empower communities through education and training.
The organisation was established in 2012 and has since focused on providing educational support to children and youth in the Western Cape.

One of the primary initiatives of the Isiqalo Foundation Development Trust is its Early Childhood Development (ECD) programme, which aims to improve the quality of education and care for young children in impoverished communities.
They provide bursaries and scholarships to students and support farm schools in creating an environment more conducive to learning. The programme provides training and support for ECD practitioners, as well as resources such as educational toys and books.

The organisation also runs a skills development programme that offers vocational training and job placement services to unemployed youth in the Western Cape. This programme focuses on industries such as hospitality, construction and agriculture, and works with local employers to connect graduates with job opportunities.

The Isiqalo Foundation Development Trust is dedicated to promoting social and economic development in disadvantaged communities through education, skills training and community development programmes.
