Ever fantasised about becoming a winemaker? Head to Spier to try your hand at wine blending and learn how to produce a perfect blend. And if all that blending has left you a little thirsty, sample Spier’s recently launched signature blends.
Afterwards, venture down to Spier’s farm-to-table restaurant Eight, for their legendary burgers. Chose between their gorgonzola, plum and pink peppercorn chutney sauces. All meals are served with a portion of chips.
