To start Ceviche of kabeljou served with blackened cauliflower, pea shoots, mange tout and sweet potato wafer with a grapefruit, passion fruit and coriander dressing

Mains Tender balsamic and herb-griddled lamb served with a grana pandano potato slice and plive-tossed green beans and rainbow beets

Dessert Dark chocolate fondant with bitter cocoa marquise, served with a tonka-spiced pear and cherry ice cream

All courses at the Lanzerac Winemaker Dinner are paired with wines from Lanzerac’s Premium and limited release Heritage ranges.
