While event organisers, Big Concerts, originally only scheduled one concert in Johannesburg and another for the Mother City, two additional dates have now been added for the ‘So Happy It Hurts’ tour due to overwhelming demand.
The popular singer of hits like ‘Summer of ‘69’ will now be thrilling his fans at the Grand Arena, GrandWest on 7 and 8 November and at the SunBet Arena, Time Square, Pretoria on the 11th and 12th, for a total of four performances in SA.
Tickets for the two new dates, November 8 and November 11, go on sale at 9am on Friday, April 21, exclusively from ticketmaster.
Big Concerts has advised fans against buying their concert tickets from online ticketing platform Viagogo.
‘These tickets are unlawfully resold by deceitful sellers for multiple times the face value and are not legitimate tickets. Should you purchase these tickets you will be denied entry into the venue, and you will not be entitled to a refund,’ reads a statement on the organiser’s website.
‘For complete tour and ticket information visit www.bigconcerts.co.za.’
Adams will also be touring the US, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and other countries this year.
