With the season about to change, what better time to clear out your wardrobe and declutter your home. By donating your preloved items you can help the Animal Welfare Society of Stellenbosch to raise valuable funds for their organisation. Every penny donated through their Dog Box Charity Shop goes into providing support and care for vulnerable animals.
The health and well-being of animals are integrally linked to the health and well-being of our own human society and for this reason, they are committed to not only serving the animals in their communities, but the community members too.

The charity shop provides significant benefits to local residents through opportunities for volunteering, employment and the opportunity to purchase quality secondhand goods at an affordable price.
What do they need?
Clothing, accessories, books, bric a brac, homeware, furniture and electrical appliances (in working order).
You can drop donations off in person at their head office in Devon Valley rd, Stellenbosch, or if you have a large number of items you would like to donate they can organise for them to be collected.
And of course, a shop would be nothing without its customers. Visit their shop and pick up some bargains! The shop is open on Tuesday 9am – 3pm and Saturday 9am – 12pm.
