Be sure to kick off your weekend on a high note with Wine Down Fridays at Durbanville Hills. Savour incredible wines paired to the soulful sounds of local musicians, rounded off with delectable dishes and spectacular sunsets.

Every Friday brings a new live performance by a top local musician. Kicking things off on October 4 is Chris Rain, followed by Aston Wylie on the 11th, Jeri Silverman on the 18th and, ending the month, Timothy de Monk on October 25.

Be sure to try one of their delicious cocktails created by mixologist Owen O’ Reilly, inspired by their newly-launched Durbanville Hills Sparkling Rosé. From a Georgia Fizz to a Caribbean Charge or a Whisky ‘n Thyme, each of these cocktails are sure to delight.

Alternatively, simply order a bottle of this delightful bubbly – a delicious blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Featuring notes of strawberries, citrus, Turkish delight and candy floss, it’s the perfect accompaniment to celebrating life’s little moments.

And while you’re there, why not opt for a wine tasting or even a decadent wine and chocolate pairing?

The highly-acclaimed Tangram restaurant will further entice the senses with their incredible seasonal-inspired menu. And the kids are welcome too.

Make sure you do your spring sundowners in style.

Running every Friday October 11, 18 & 25 from 3.30pm to 6pm
