The City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys said, “The Mobile Office is one of the ways we use to bring our services to the residents affording them the opportunity to enquire and resolve issues without having to spend time and money on transport. To date, it has been effective in resolving long outstanding enquiries for residents. Thus, we encourage residents to take advantage of this opportunity and come and engage with the officials. We remind the residents to please bring their IDs and/or municipal accounts to help ease the process. We will communicate timeously about future visits.”
