Ladles of Love is known for doing good in the community by feeding the hungry and distributing food to vulnerable communities. But this time, they’re adding stunning nature and fresh air to the mix in order to help those in need.
That’s right, this amazing NPO is walking the extra mile (literally) by hosting a Love Activist Women’s Day hike to celebrate the social warriors who head up soup kitchens – the women who cook and feed thousands of people each day.
For every ticket sold, Ladles of Love can provide food to one of these wonderful women to feed two children with a healthy meal daily for a month.
The beautiful and scenic hike will start from the Sandy Bay Car Park to the legendary Harvest Capello shipwreck, led by founder Danny Diliberto along with hiking guide and photographer, Brian van Hansen. And not to worry, because this route is not difficult – so you’ll be able to tackle it with ease while enjoying the tranquillity of the beach.
So if you’re keen on doing something extraordinary for Women’s Day while supporting a brilliant cause, then be sure to save the details below!
