Naomi faced a new challenge when she joined Renew It Sandton in the male-dominated automotive industry. She adjusted by immersing herself in her work, cultivating strong relationships and demonstrating her competence and professionalism. Her dedication and exceptional service in repairing a director’s car within a tight deadline cemented her reputation even further.
To manage her day effectively, Naomi prioritises tasks based on urgency and importance, sets clear goals and creates to-do lists.
