Founded in 2015 by Owen O’ Reilly – a master mixologist with a lifetime of experience in the hospitality industry. Now, many cocktails later, his movement has been joined by two partners and an entire team of highly skilled and qualified artists.

The goal of SIP Exclusive is to create drinks that fit with your theme, the SIP Exclusive team believe that every individual occasion is special, and therefore requires drinks that reflect just that. Drinks to be remembered, drinks that are exclusively designed to the happy client’s request, using specific flavors or happy moments that you like or had together to build a unique beverage menu. The team also focus on sourcing only the best local and seasonal ingredients and they also have a strong focus on sustainable production methods to keep our plant green.
