Built in a modern Cape Dutch style, Brookdale Manor House offers privacy and ample living and dining spaces. The outdoor entertainment area is set around a magnificent swimming pool, complete with a pool house and bar to enjoy glorious sunsets with a glass of wine from the Brookdale and Mason Road ranges.
The estate stretches across 67 hectares of vineyards and gardens, inviting guests to indulge their curiosity, enjoy the fresh mountain air and the freedom to explore the lush vineyards, which are being prepared for harvest early in the new year.
Brookdale Estate is ideally located within easy reach of Cape Town International Airport and only a short drive away from a myriad food, wine and wellness attractions in Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch.
Its central location also provides access to some of the Western Cape’s best nature trails, exceptional golfing, and interesting cultural and historical landmarks to create the ultimate holiday destination in the Cape winelands.
Bed and breakfast rates are offered from R6560 per room per night (for 2 people sharing) during the summer season (1 December 2021 to 19 April 2022).
For longer stays during the Christmas and New Year period, 50% discount is offered on a third night’s stay (peak season R6960 per room per night, including breakfast, from 18 December to 15 January).
The Manor House may also be booked on an inclusive basis complete with all meals and select local beverages at R25 000 per night for up to six guests (additional guests R4000 per person per night).
Executive chef Gary Coetzee will prepare delicious meals using fresh herbs and vegetables from the estate gardens, ranging from family-style suppers around the swimming pool, to light lunches and picnics in the vineyards and fine-dining three course dinners matched with estate wines.
